What you require:-
Sausages.
Salted
medium size biscuits
Mayonnaise
(Egg/Eggless), Tartar sauce or Garlic-coconut chutney.
Preparation:- 
Boil
sausages in water till it dries up and releases oil. The sausages should be
partly crisp.
Put
a dab of mayo, tartar sauce or garlic-coconut chutney on the biscuit and place
the sausage on it.
