Requirements:
500gms.
of assorted cold meats of your choice.
One
each of yellow and red capsicum/peppers
Lettuce
leaves.
Olive
Oil
White
pepper powder and salt.
Cheese
Preparation:
Cold
meats should be finely cut into square pieces of about half inch.
Similarly
the yellow and red also cut to same size.
Cheese
should be cut into small cubes.
Shredded
Lettuce should washed and kept in the fridge to bring out crispiness in them.
Cold
meats, capsicums and cheese should be mixed together with little olive oil,
sprinkle white pepper powder and salt. Refrigerate it.
At
the time of serving add Lettuce leaves to the salad and mix it.
Serve
cold.
