Requirements:-
Fine dried shrimps with shell
Grated coconut
Onion
Green chillies
Preparation:-
Remove the dried heads and rear fins of the
shrimps
Chop onion fine and long
Chop green chillies to a size of ½ inches.
Salt
Use little coconut oil (preferably) to fry
the grated coconut in a deep pan. When it is brown and starts releasing oil
drop chopped green chillies so that it spiciness spreads to the coconut and
then drop chopped onions. Add salt. Toss it in the pan till they are saunted
and then drop shrimps and stir them till grated coconut, onion is golden brown.
