Semolina (Rava) fried shrimps


Requirements:-

1/2kg shrimps

1/4kg Semolina

Pepper and turmeric powder

Fresh coriander leaves.

Preparation

De-shell the shrimps, wash and add salt.

After 10 mins. drain the excess water from the shrimps

Add pepper powder for spice and turmeric for colour. Dab the shrimps into semolina.

Deep fry till yellowish/golden.

Present it with coriander leaves.

Can be used as snack or accompaniment with main course.
